Meet Dr. Chalbourne R. Brasington, DMD, MSD

Dr. Brasington received his B.S. degree from Clemson University in Mechanical Engineering in 1996. He then graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine in 2001. After graduating, he practiced general dentistry in the upstate for over 10 years before returning to MUSC to receive his Certificate of Endodontics and Master of Science degree in 2013. Dr. Brasington is a member of the Greenville Dental Society, Piedmont District Dental Society, South Carolina Dental Society, American Dental Society, American Association of Endodontists, and American Board of Endodontics. He is one of the only endodontists in Greenville, SC to pass a series of board examinations to become board-certified and receive Diplomate status from the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Brasington has been issued multiple medical device patents and has lectured and been published in the area of endodontics. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children along with being outdoors. Dr. Brasington also enjoys woodworking and is grateful for the ability to help others.
